My Approach
I work one-on-one with clients, within the context of a support team (including a therapist and/or physician). I bring the perspective of someone who shares the condition, as well as direct support in setting and accomplishing goals. My services are not limited to once weekly sessions, and scheduling can be based on what the client needs at the time. Ideally we meet regularly, either in person or remotely, following an initial free one hour consultation to see if services would be a good fit. Between meetings, I provide regular quick check-ins to assist with stability and progress.
